01 Is the $89 really $89? Are there add-ons?
It's really $89, paid at the office on the day of your visit. No deposit, no add-ons. If we recommend work beyond the cleaning, you get a written plan with prices and zero pressure to decide on the spot.
02 Are you in-network with my insurance?
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, Delta, MetLife, and United. The $89 offer is for new patients with or without insurance — easier than dealing with first-visit claims either way.
03 What if I have dental anxiety?
Tell us when you book. We have noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, and Devon — a hygienist who's spent five years specifically with anxious patients. Many of our long-term patients started as "haven't been in 8 years" bookings.
04 What if it's been a really, really long time?
Same answer as for everyone: we're glad you're here. No comment, no raised eyebrow, no "well…" from anyone on the team. That's our rule, and we keep it.
05 Can I bring my kids on the same visit?
Yes — and we recommend it. Saturday mornings are blocked specifically for families. We can usually fit two parents and two kids into one 2-hour block. Home by lunch.
